What we collect.

Everything Vesper reports on — solicitations, purchase orders, contracts, appropriations, lobbying registrations, legislative records — is Florida public record, published by the State. None of it comes from you.

What we hold about you

Data	Why
Email address	It is your account. Sign-in is a code sent to your inbox — there is no password to store.
Application details	If you applied for access: your name, firm, role and what you wanted to use Vesper for.
Questions you ask	Questions put to Ask and the Concierge are logged with a short preview of the answer, so we can measure cost and improve results.
Saved items	Bids and vendors you save, so they follow you between devices.
Pages you open	One row per page load while signed in, to understand which surfaces earn their keep.
Errors	When something breaks: the message, the page, and your browser or device, so it can be fixed.
Bug reports	Only if you file one — your note and any screenshot you choose to attach.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data. Not with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
• There is no advertising and no ad tracking — no third-party trackers, pixels, or advertising cookies.
• We do not build a profile of you or combine your activity with data from other sources.
• We do not track you across other websites.

Who else processes it

Vesper runs on a small set of vendors, each handling data only to provide their service:

• Clerk — accounts and sign-in.
• Supabase — the database holding everything above.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic — the models behind Ask. Questions are sent to generate an answer. Anthropic does not train on them.
• Stripe, via Clerk — payment, if you are a paying subscriber. Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by Vesper.
• Resend — account and notification email.

How long we keep it

Account data lives as long as the account does. Question logs, page views and error records are operational and kept while they are useful for cost, diagnostics and product decisions. Delete your account and the data tied to it goes with it.

Your choices

• See or correct your data — email us and we will sort it out.
• Delete your account — from Settings inside Vesper, or by asking us. Deletion removes your account and the records tied to it.
• Export — ask and we will send what we hold about you.

The mobile app

The Vesper iOS app is a client for the same account and the same data. It collects nothing beyond what is listed above, contains no advertising or third-party analytics, and sells nothing inside the app. If you enable notifications it stores a device token so alerts can reach you; turn them off and the token is discarded.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Your data is scoped to your account at the database level, so one signed-in user cannot read another's saved items, questions or account details.

Children

Vesper is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 13.

If this policy changes materially we will say so here and, for anything significant, by email.
