The fastest way to get help is to email me. There is no ticket queue and no bot — questions go straight to the person who builds the thing.

Reporting a problem

If a figure looks wrong, tell me — that is the most useful message you can send. Vesper reads the state’s own systems, and when two of them disagree the app is built to say so rather than quietly pick one. But parsers do break when the State redesigns a page, and a reader who notices a number that does not look right is usually the first signal.

Include the page or record you were looking at, and what you expected to see. In the iOS app you can also use the bug reporter on any screen, which attaches a screenshot automatically.

The iOS app

Browsing open solicitations needs no account. Spending, Budget and the Ask assistant are part of a Vesper subscription — sign in with the same account you use on vesperfl.com and they unlock.

Sign-in is passwordless: enter your email and Vesper sends a six-digit code. If the code does not arrive, check spam first, then email me.

To delete your account and everything tied to it, open More → Settings → Delete account in the app, or Settings on the web. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Subscriptions and billing

Vesper subscriptions are handled on vesperfl.com, not through the App Store. To view invoices, change a card or cancel, sign in on the web and open Settings → Billing. Cancelling leaves access running to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Requesting access

Vesper is sold to professionals and organisations that work with Florida state government. If you do not have an account yet, apply here and tell me a little about what you work on.

Privacy and data

What Vesper stores about you, who processes it, and how to have it deleted is set out on the privacy page.
