Vesper is run by one person in Tallahassee. Email reaches me directly, and I answer.
The fastest way to get help is to email me. There is no ticket queue and no bot — questions go straight to the person who builds the thing.

Weekdays, Eastern time. Most questions get an answer the same day.
If a figure looks wrong, tell me — that is the most useful message you can send. Vesper reads the state’s own systems, and when two of them disagree the app is built to say so rather than quietly pick one. But parsers do break when the State redesigns a page, and a reader who notices a number that does not look right is usually the first signal.
Include the page or record you were looking at, and what you expected to see. In the iOS app you can also use the bug reporter on any screen, which attaches a screenshot automatically.
Sign-in is passwordless on the web and in the app: enter your email and Vesper sends a six-digit code. If the code does not arrive, check spam first, then email me.
The first time you sign in, and again whenever the terms change, Vesper asks you to accept the Terms of Use.
To delete your account and everything tied to it, open More → Settings → Delete account in the app, or Settings on the web. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Browsing open solicitations needs no account. The other surfaces and Ask are available when you sign in with a Vesper account.
Ask has an hourly limit and a daily limit for each account. If you reach one, it lifts on its own as the hour or the day rolls forward.
Vesper has no export button and no public API, and the Terms of Use do not allow scripts, bots or AI agents to pull data from it. If you need data in bulk for a legitimate purpose, email me what you need and why — I would rather arrange it properly than have it scraped.
Vesper no longer manages purchases in the app. For a past invoice, refund or payment question, contact me directly.
If you do not have an account yet, apply here and tell me a little about what you work on. I review applications and send invitations directly.
The rules for using Vesper are in the Terms of Use. What Vesper stores about you, who processes it, and how to have it deleted is set out on the privacy page. What Vesper is and who runs it: About.
